Original long-form coastal and waterside ambience ā digitally crafted scenes with layered soundscapes, for reading, working, sleeping or a quiet moment.
Studio
Every ambience is intentionally created ā image, sound and edit.
Each piece begins with a coastal or waterside scene, built up slowly through image, animation and colour.
A soundscape is mixed for that scene ā waves, rain, wind, gentle water, fire and quiet nature sounds, layered together.
Image and sound are edited into a single long-form piece, usually two to three hours.

Still Places is a project of Linkout B.V., an independent studio in Amsterdam. It began as a quiet exploration of digital places worth spending time in ā long-form ambient videos, made in-house from image to sound to edit.
